This new website of the European Regional Foresight College, realised thanks to Saphia Richou, symbolizes both the continuity of our action and a real renewal. The European Regional Foresight College was founded on the 1st April 2004, as an initiative of the Land Planning and Regional Action Delegation of the French Republic (DATAR), in the framework of the scientific council chaired by Professor Michel Godet. During the meeting, the group has decided to continue the Etiolles’program of 2007 where it decided the bases of the work programme initially drafted for 2008‐2009, still in an implementation process: ‐ Identification of three European regions whose respective foresight exercises had stimulated innovation, competitiveness and regional development successfully. Three two‐days seminars would be organised in these regions in order to discover the success factors that could contribute to the global undertaking.
