Ljubljana Forum is an annual gathering that combines knowledge and experience of city governance and defines key areas, visions and strategies of the future development of cities.

Jean Claude Burgelman, Head of Unit A6 - Science Policy, Foresight and Data (European Commission, DG Research) will participate in the morning workshop of the first day, together with Riel Miller, Head of Foresight in UNESCO, and Jerome Glenn, Executive Director of the Millennium Project. The aim of this half-a-day workshop is to debate about the situation of anticipatory governance in Europe and the ERFC-EUMPI network future priorities to be agreed the second day, during the Strategic Reflection of the ERFC-EUMPI network.

On March 24 a new meeting of the European Regional Foresight College was celebrated in Brussels, being the main foresight network in Europe. This meeting, celebrated together with the European Millennium Project Nodes Initiative, brought together around 20 representatives of the main foresight organizations in different european countries, such as: Germany, France, UK, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Finland, Slovenia, Croation, Montenegro, Israel, etc. Moreover, this meeting had the participation of two representatives of big european corporatives with a clear social approach, (...)
